What does it cost to partner?
Nothing to list and nothing monthly. Storybuk takes a flat 5% of the booking value, only when a booking actually confirms. If nothing books, you pay nothing.
When do I get paid?
The organiser funds the deposit into escrow on confirmation and the balance before the event. Your payout, net of the 5% fee, releases to your account two working days after the event date.
Do I keep control of pricing and dates?
Completely. You set your per-plate rates and packages, manage your availability calendar, block dates or pause your listing whenever you like, and approve every booking request.
What is Gold-tier verification?
Our team visits your space, confirms capacity and amenities, and takes professional photos — at no cost. Verified venues carry a trust badge and get priority placement.
Can an agency partner on a venue's behalf?
Yes. When you apply, select that you represent the venue. We'll verify your authorisation to list and manage bookings for it.
What happens if an organiser cancels?
Cancellations follow the terms shown to the organiser before booking. For cancellations inside your stated notice window, the agreed protection is settled from escrow, so you're not left out of pocket for a held date.
