You can browse venues yourself or tell us your requirements and we'll shortlist for you. Your payment is held safely until the event, and we handle the GST invoice.

No. We cover everything from a 20-person team lunch or training to a 1,500-person annual day. Smaller, recurring outings are very much welcome.

No. You can browse every venue and see prices without signing up. We only ask for your details when you want a shortlist or you're ready to book.

Two ways. Browse it yourself: open Venues, filter by area, capacity and budget, open a venue, pick a date and package, and confirm. Or tell us your brief: share headcount, date, locality and budget, and we send you six matched venues to choose from. Either way, you confirm with a 50% deposit and we take it from there.

You always choose. If you browse, you pick directly. If you send a brief, we suggest options that fit and you decide. We never book anything without your confirmation.

Usually within four working hours of sending your brief. A real person on our team checks each venue's availability before we send it, so the options you get are genuinely bookable.

We confirm availability with the venue before presenting a shortlist or finalising a booking. If a date needs checking, we verify it with the venue rather than guess — so you're not booking against a date that isn't actually free.

Prices are all-in and per head — the hall, standard service and GST are included. Add-ons like AV, décor or an extended bar are shown as separate, itemised lines before you confirm. There's no surprise F&B minimum at the end.

Every Gold-tier venue is visited and photographed by our team, so the photos and capacity are accurate. If you'd like an in-person visit before a large booking, just ask and we'll arrange it.

Nothing. It's free for organisers. We earn a small commission from the venue (5%) only when a booking confirms. The price you see is the venue's rate — you never pay Storybuk extra.

When you confirm, your 50% deposit is held safely rather than paid straight to the venue. It only releases to the venue two working days after your event has taken place. This protects you — your money isn't sitting in a venue's account before they've delivered.

The remaining 50% is collected before the event. The full amount then releases to the venue two working days after the event.

Cancel 14 or more days before the event and you get a full refund. Within 14 days, the venue's own cancellation terms apply — and we always show you those terms before you confirm and pay, so there are no surprises.

Payments are handled through a secure, regulated payments partner. You'll never enter card or bank details with anyone other than the secure payment screen.

Yes — a GST-compliant invoice is generated for every booking and emailed to you, with your company's GSTIN on it so your finance team can claim input tax credit.

That's the idea. The invoice is itemised, GST is shown clearly, and your GSTIN is included — it's built to pass finance review without back-and-forth.

All your invoices are available to download any time from your bookings dashboard.

Apply through "List your space." We'll visit to verify and photograph your venue, then publish your listing with real photos, packages and availability. It's free to list.

No listing fee and no monthly charge. We take a flat 5% only when a booking confirms.

The organiser's deposit is held in escrow on confirmation. Your payout, net of the 5% fee, releases two working days after the event.

Completely. You set your own rates and packages, manage availability, and approve every booking request.
