Our founding team has lived this from both sides — booking corporate events, and running the back office that bills them. Six venues on WhatsApp. Three rate sheets in PDF. One spreadsheet that got out of sync the moment finance touched it. Four weeks later, the team picked the wrong one — because the right one had already been taken.
We started Storybuk to build the platform that should have existed. Verified venues. Per-head pricing. Escrow-protected bookings. A dashboard, not a Slack thread. The result is a system that turns a three-week ordeal into a Tuesday-afternoon decision.
Storybuk is opening to a founding cohort of Gold-tier venues across Delhi NCR, with corporate organisers — HR, People Ops, founders — running their first briefs through the platform. The next decade is about turning that into the default — across India's top eight cities, then beyond.

Verify before you list.
Every Gold-tier venue is visited, audited and photographed by our team. We will never publish a listing we wouldn't book ourselves.
Price in writing.
Per-head, all-in, GST included. No F&B minimums revealed at the bill. If a number changes, it changes for both sides.
Hold in escrow.
Money sits in a regulated escrow until two working days after the event. Organisers cancel free 14+ days out. Venues get paid T+2 from event day. Trust is plumbing, not a brochure.
Build for the long shift.
