Engineering
Own product surface end-to-end — Next.js, Prisma, Postgres, escrow integration with a regulated payments partner. You'll ship the booking flow, the venue dashboard and the payments engine.
Build the inventory + availability platform. PostgreSQL, Redis, queue workers. Pricing engine, escrow flows, GST invoicing.
Ship to production from week one. Pair with the founding team. Open to final-year CS students or recent grads who want runway over comfort.

Equity that vests
ESOPs on day 30. 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff, monthly thereafter. Strike price honestly explained.
Health cover for all
₹10L cover for you, spouse, kids and parents. Mental-health teleconsults included.
Annual learning budget
₹60k per year, no approval needed. Conferences, books, online courses, on-job mentorship.
Offsites that aren't bullshit
Two team offsites a year, picked from our own inventory. We use the product we build.
Flexible time off
20 days base. Take more if you need it; we trust people. Two-week shutdown in December.
Hardware that works
M-series MacBook, 4K display, a chair you can sit on for 8 hours. Replace every 3 years.
